RideAbility

RideAbility is a nonprofit therapeutic riding center based in Clover, South Carolina, dedicated to enhancing the lives of children, adults, and veterans with disabilities through equine-assisted services. Founded in 2012, the organization provides adaptive riding lessons and experiential learning programs that harness the unique bond between humans and horses to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. Its research-based approach helps participants build strength, balance, communication skills, and self-confidence while working toward greater independence. RideAbility serves individuals with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, PTSD, and other developmental or physical challenges. As an approved Special Olympics Equestrian Training Center, it also prepares athletes to compete at the state level with the support of certified coaches. Through a supportive, volunteer-driven community and a peaceful farm environment, RideAbility empowers each participant to grow, learn, and thrive beyond the arena.
